Set up is included in the hire cost, however there are some requirements we require in order to provide a seamless delivery: Easy access to the installation point (no obstacles, steps, narrow paths) – if your venue does have this, please discuss with us so we can assist in the best way possible. (Some venues may need a setup fee if they include steps or an awkward access) Be within 25 metres of a plug socket – please let us know if this isn’t available, we can assist with alternate options Flat and clear area for the required space noted above. If the area isn’t grass, please contact us to discuss our requirements. Deposit: We only require a £20 deposit to reserve your date! Why not book in now to avoid disappointment, final payment is due before we set up, this can be made on the booking system or in cash on delivery, we also offer Klarna payment plans too. Please note for wedding bookings payment is due one week in advance. Please note any missing or damaged items will be charged for accordingly. Delivery: We can provide delivery which ranges from £3 to £100, please check when ordering on our booking system your delivery fee. We deliver across the whole of Cornwall, from Penzance & The lizard all the way up to Bodmin and Lostwithiel. Our HQ is located in Truro, Cornwall.
