Roasting and baking on your Weber Q barbecue has never been so easy. These convection trays, used with a roasting trivet*, instantly transform your Weber Q from direct grilling mode to indirect cooking mode. The design of the convection trays, with the trivet* placed on top, allows for heat to circulate evenly around the food.
