The quilt project for the Chickadee Charm collection by Wilmington Prints is made with six borders surrounding the center focus panel with the fourth border being a pieced border. Border 6 uses the border stripe print and has mitered corners.FABRIC: Chickadee Charm by Danielle Leone exudes a natural, earthy charm, featuring a beautiful array of florals, birds, and botanicals in warm tones of yellow, orange, brown, and green. The collection includes a large panel and repeating stripe, as well as packed florals, graceful birds, scattered chrysanthemums, delicate floral and berry toss patterns, along with tonal petals.100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low gentle cycle, do not use bleach, fabric softener not recommended.Fabrics printed in Korea.The kit contains a free color copy of the Chickadee Charm panel quilt pattern/instructions by Wilmington Prints along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top as shown in picture 1. This kit contains all fabrics required for the top of the quilt and edge binding. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.The overall finished size of this quilt is 58 x 79.Fabrics in this are from the Chickadee Charm collection designed by Danielle Leone for Wilmington Prints. There are no substituted fabrics! Pictures 2 thru 9 show all the fabrics included in this kit.Skill Level: Confident Beginner5 yards is recommended for backing fabric assuming a standard 44/45 width or 2 yards if using a 108 wide backing fabric along with a 66 x 87 piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or for pattern design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit.A little over 7-3/8 yards of fabric is included in the kit along with the pattern.
